Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused item in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund for the full purchase price.

Unfortunately, personalized and custom orders cannot be returned. Please reach out to us at info@burnttimberswings.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.



Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 8-10 days for processing time (peak season may add additional days to process time).

Your order will ship through USPS or FedEx Home. Please allow 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped for it to arrive. We will always send tracking information for your order.

Missing Package:

Burnt Timber Swings ships via USPS and FedEx. In the rare case your package shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. If you still have issues, please let us know and we will do our best to help remedy the situation, on your behalf, with the carrier. Unfortunately, if your package is lost, stolen, or misplaced, we are unable to offer you a refund.

Damaged Package:

Burnt Timber Swings takes great care in ensuring your order arrives to you safely. In the rare case your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will need photos documenting the outside packaging, inside packaging, and damage to the order. All our packages are shipped insured and we will do our absolute best to correct the situation on a case-by-case basis.
