How do I figure out how much rope I need?
Measure the length from the structure that you’ll be hanging the swing from, to about 2 feet from the ground (take away more leg room if you’re installing for bigger kids or for adults). You’ll then add a few more feet for slack for knotting/installing to the structure.
When in doubt, overestimate your rope needs. Excess can always be cut off.
What is the production time?
Production time varies depending on the time of year. Typically, swings are produced in 8-10 days. Spring months can vary up to 14 days.
What color stains do you offer?
Golden Oak: natural looking, honey color
Early American: nature looking, brown based
Dark Walnut: dark brown in color, looks dark indoors and lighter in the
sun
Classic gray: light gray color and gives a more modern look
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What shipping is used?
USPS ground and FedEx ground shipping are used. Packages ship from Cleveland, OH.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we only ship Domestic in North America.
